The regular meeting of APO was called to order by president, Larry Popple at 7 p.m. on October 9, 1961. There were no treasurer's report, minutes, committee reports or old business.
Under new business a Motion was introduced to invite the Woman Service Organization to participate in the selling buttons or homecoming weekend. They would supply a minimum of 10 girls and receive a 30% cut of our share of the profits. The motion was submitted by the finance committee and the Service Committee. It was passed.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
